October already? Wow! My first month menu plan down & am on to #2! I just have to say I loved not cooking every night. One weekend I cooked a bunch of ground beef, chicken & few other meals to freeze. It has been great to have things to just pull out & defrost. Less stress before dinner & less dishes!
Again, I didn't stick to my menu strictly. But used the same ingredients & changed up the meal to fit my "mood", it worked out great!
This month to help me "plan" my menus I tried to choose one of each item for each week:
- Pasta
- Mexican
- Soup
- Pizza
- Chicken or Beef
I'm not going crazy on making double batches of dinners for this month since we still have some in our freezer to eat up. I'm really trying to get the freezer cleaned out to start fresh for November to have room for pre-made baby meals!
Week 1:
- Lasagna (Frozen)
- Beef & Black Bean Casserole
- Breakfast Sandwich Casserole
- Salsa Chicken (Frozen)
- Pizza Pancakes
Week 2:
- PW Creamy Pasta (triple batch of beef)
- Taco Chili
- Country Chicken & Dressing
- Baked Club Pinwheels
- Calazones
Week 3:
- Tortellini Spinach Bake
- Crock Pot Enchiladas
- Teriyaki Chicken & Rice
- PW Italian Chicken Soup
- Pizza Buns
Week 4:
- PW Chicken Spaghetti (Chicken Frozen)
- Taco Pancakes
- Potato Cheese Soup
- Steaks & Mashed Potatoes
- Mini Pizzas
