- need to brown or cook meat for tonight's dinner? cook it after breakfast when the house is still cool & you have energy!
- clean the kitchen up before you start cooking dinner. helps having clear counters and not a HUGE mess after dinner.
- take some time before dinner to play & rest. going from busy busy busy to cooking dinner isn't helpful. then i have a better attitude about serving a yummy dinner & not resorting to pleading & begging to go out or throwing frozen taquitos in the oven!
- is there... 1) something chicken? 2)beef? 3)pasta? 4)do we want pizza this week? 4) casserole mood? 5) or maybe stir fry?

Lasagna or Lasagna Roll upsSpaghetti with Meat Sauce & SaladCrock Pot Chicken Taco Chili, Chips & Fruit > Crock pot Salsa Chicken- Baked Ham & Cheese Croissants, Tatertots with something healthy =)
- Black Bean Quesadillas (with chicken if left overs!)
